  • Have four-way access wooden pallets that meet specific standards i.e. GMA Standard B Grade or higher and 40x48 inches. 
  • When preparing this shipment, you must provide a freight-ready date, the freight class, and the weight for each pallet, along with an accurate count.

Full-Truckload (FTL)

Step1

First, start by logging into your Amazon Seller Central account

Once logged in, navigate to the "Inventory" section and select "FBA Shipments." Here, you will find options to view your existing shipment list or create a new one.

Step 3

Choose an unsent package and click on "Prepare shipment." This initiates the process of setting up your shipment for dispatch.

Step 4

Next, go to the "Delivery Service" section, and select "Amazon or partnered carrier" if you're doing Small Parcel Deliveries (SPD) or "Amazon Partnered Carrier" for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) or Full-Truckload (FTL) shipments. 

Step 5

Next, include the necessary details for your shipment, including dimensions, weight, shipment method, address, and destination. These details are essential for calculating shipping costs and generating the appropriate shipping labels.

Step 6

Click on "Calculate" to assess the shipping costs. After reviewing the estimated delivery charges, click "Accept charges" to proceed with the next steps.

Step 7

Finally, send your shipments to Amazon’s fulfillment center. Ensure that all shipment information is accurate, including the tracking number, Amazon’s reference ID, carrier status, and warehouse address. Any inaccuracies could lead to noncompliance fees from Amazon.

Lastly, use your tracking number from your partnered carrier to track the progress of your shipment. 

How to cancel a shipment with the Amazon Partnered Carrier Program 

You can cancel Small Parcel Delivery shipments within a 24-hour timeframe. On the other hand, you will need to cancel LTL and FTL shipments within 1 hour of approving the estimated fees. 

So to cancel your shipment, go to the specific shipment in your Amazon seller account, select “Work on Shipment” click on “Provide Details” and then choose “Void charges”. 

Keep in mind that canceling your shipment won't stop you from being charged some fees. To avoid incurring any fees, you want to carefully prepare your shipments, following all steps diligently.  

Amazon Partnered Carrier Program vs. Non-Amazon Partnered Carriers

On your Amazon Seller Central account, you can choose non-Amazon Partnered Carriers and input your shipping details.
